Teacher responsibilities
- Plan and lead age-appropriate lessons and daily activities
- Keep every child safe, supervised and engaged
- Track each child's progress and share it with families
- Keep a clean, organized, welcoming classroom
- Follow Florida DCF licensing and Gold Seal standards
- Work as a team with administration and fellow teachers
Requirements
- Level 2 background screening (required by Florida law)
- Physical exam
- DCF 45 Hours training
- CDA or teaching credentials (or willingness to earn them; we offer scholarships)
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
